An innovative Influencer Marketing Agency is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their finance function. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage the full cycle of financial operations, including Cashflow, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
- Handle payroll management.
- Develop quarterly board presentations with industry insights, research, and actionable recommendations.
- Drive monthly reporting, operational efficiencies, and team collaboration with full P&L responsibility across business units.
- Provide reporting and insights to senior leaders to inform business direction.
- Multitask across various legal entities, business models, and levels of work.
- Collaborate with teams across the company to support business growth by contributing financial expertise to strategic initiatives and projects.
- Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording receipts and invoices, and reconciliation of bank statements and expenses.
- Prepare and complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting.
- Conduct financial planning, annual budgeting, and day-to-day cost management.
- Qualified ACCA,ACA or CIMA
- Exceptional Excel skills - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge is essential.
- Familiarity with common accounting software, with experience in Xero being a significant advantage.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Skills in Xero, Bankline, Excel, Word, and Outlook are required.
