Finance Manager

Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with an award-winning Architecture firm based near London Bridge, who are now seeking a Finance Manager to join them on a part-time, hybrid basis. The firm are offering a starting salary of up to 28,500 (47,500 FTE) for 3 days per week.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be required to produce management accounts, oversee payroll, producing and monitoring company budgets and managing financial systems.

• Producing management accounts
• Producing accounts bookkeeping function.
• Overseeing external payroll consultant
• Providing accountant auditors with account reconciliations and liaising with them regarding year end.
• Ensuring practice is in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
• Monitoring bank accounts and cash flow forecasts ensuring directors are well informed of cash implications of decisions.
• Producing and monitoring company budgets, investigating cost-reduction opportunities, in collaboration with Managing Director.
• Managing financial systems
• Invoicing
• Insurance's renewals
• Licences renewals

• Experience using Sage accounting software
• Experience in a similar role previously
• Good eye for detail
• Proactive and solution orientated

Salary up to 28,500 (47,500 FTE)

3 days per week

21 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)
