Bennett and Game has the pleasure of working with an award-winning Architecture firm based near London Bridge, who are now seeking a Finance Manager to join them on a part-time, hybrid basis. The firm are offering a starting salary of up to £28,500 (£47,500 FTE) for 3 days per week.This is an excellent opportunity for a Finance Manager to join a growing, forward-thinking team. The successful candidate will be required to produce management accounts, oversee payroll, producing and monitoring company budgets and managing financial systems.
Finance Manager Job Overview- Producing management accounts
- Producing accounts bookkeeping function.
- Overseeing external payroll consultant
- Providing accountant auditors with account reconciliations and liaising with them regarding year end.
- Ensuring practice is in line with all statutory legislation and regulations.
- Monitoring bank accounts and cash flow forecasts ensuring directors are well informed of cash implications of decisions.
- Producing and monitoring company budgets, investigating cost-reduction opportunities, in collaboration with Managing Director.
- Managing financial systems
- Invoicing
- Insurance's renewals
- Licences renewals
- Experience using Sage accounting software
- Experience in a similar role previously
- Good eye for detail
- Proactive and solution orientated
Salary up to £28,500 (£47,500 FTE)
3 days per week
21 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata)
