Description
- Lead the finance team in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Implement strategic financial planning to drive company growth
- Manage financial risks and make suitable recommendations
- Ensure adherence to financial laws and regulations
- Analyse complex financial data and generate timely reports
- Conduct internal audits and liaise with external auditors
- Continually improve financial systems and processes
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
- Part-qualified in ACCA, CIMA or equivalent
- Proven experience in a financial management role
- Excellent knowledge of financial laws and procedures
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Excel
Job Offer
