Description
- Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
- Manage and prepare all necessary financial reports and documents.
- Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulations.
- Contribute to the development of company financial strategies.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting initiatives.
- Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations.
- Analyse financial data and use it to improve profitability.
- Implement systems to improve financial efficiency.
Profile
The successful Finance Manager will be:
- A fully qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
- Demonstrable experience within the FMCG/Food sector
- Experience using SAP
- Able to build relationships at all levels
- Able to work to tight deadlines and be a self starter
- A prior people manager
Job Offer
The Finance Manager role comes with a competitive base salary of £65,000-£75,000 depending on experience.
