This well-known non-profit organization based in central London is looking to hire a Finance Manager due to natural turnover. They are the market leader in the industry and the culture is fun, dynamic and inclusive. They are looking for someone that can help adding value to the finance team as well as the wider business.

Role

The Finance Manager will report to the Finance Director and lead a team of 2. The Finance Manager has overall responsibility for financial report and management report preparation, cash flow management, budgets and forecasting, audit preparation, internal control maintenance. This role will also prepare the reports and submit to the government. You will work with business partners to ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and get involved in driving various finance transformation projects.

Profile

The successful candidate for the Finance Manager vacancy will be ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified.

A 'can-do' attitude is required as well as experience within a sizeable business. Strong communication and influencing skills with ability to simplify complex problems and build solution are desired. This is a mostly remote position, and the office is based in central London.
