Robert Half are working with a global infrastructure and telecommunications business to recruit a Finance Manager for a 12-month contract role to oversee a number of regional functions. The role can pay up to £67K pro rata + bonus (depending on experience). This role will be based on site 3 days per week at the Central London (Battersea) office.

The Company

This role offers the chance to work for a truly global infrastructure and telecommunications business with offices across the globe. This role is responsible for overseeing the finance function for several regional divisions.

The Role

As the Finance Manager, you would be supporting with:

  • Responsible for overseeing and managing the preparation of the monthly management and financial accounts
  • In charge of preparing and submitting monthly / quarterly financial reporting to head office in Hong Kong
  • Cash flow management and preparation of weekly forecasts
  • Dealing with all aspects of budgeting and forecasting
  • Balance sheet reconciliations, payroll management, VAT and tax returns and reports
  • Commercial analysis as required
  • Responsible for ensuring all local statutory filing and tax deadlines are met
  • Responsible for ensuring all processes relating to finance function are adhered to and managed effectively
  • Working with Managers across the business to identify ways to develop processes and systems
  • Responsible for managing the in-house accounting system (Oracle)
  • Responsible for managing annual external audit.

Your Profile

  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with Prior experience of managing a finance team
  • Experience with Oracle accounting system would be ideal, alongside knowledge of IFRS16
  • Prior experience in a similar interim / contract role would be beneficial but not necessary.

Compensation & Benefits

As well as a salary of up to £67K pro rata (dependant on experience) the business offers a generous performance bonus up to 20% and hybrid working (3 days per week in the office) from their office in Battersea.
