Are you a finance professional looking for a new challenge in the education sector? We are supporting a dynamic Academy in their search for a Finance Manager to join their Finance and Resources team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the finance function and supporting the Academy's mission to foster confident, resilient, and compassionate students.

The Role:As the Finance Manager, you will report directly to the Director of Finance and Resources (DFR), overseeing the day-to-day financial operations of the Academy. You will work in a supportive environment that prioritises both student success and staff well-being, contributing to the continued growth and financial stability of the organization.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with a background in Single or Multi-Academy Trusts (SAT/MAT) or Further Education (FE) settings.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality financial services to a range of stakeholders, including staff, students, and external partners.
  • Part-qualified candidates nearing completion of their qualifications are also encouraged to apply if they have the right experience.
