Job title: Finance Manager
Salary: £45k - £50k
Contract type: 6 months fixed term contract
Hours: Full time, hybrid working, flexible hours
Location: A short walk from Camden station
Responsible to: Associate Finance Director
Responsible for: 2 Finance Assistants
Working for this historic and royal educational institution you will have the opportunity to help shape the operational running of the finance functions.
In your role as Finance Manager your day to day duties will include;
- Overseeing the smooth running of accounts receivable/accounts payable team
- Suggesting improvements and efficiencies for the operational processes
- Completing month end reconciliations
- Dealing with complicated supplier queries, and expense queries
The skills you will bring to the role of Finance Manager will include;
- Experience of overseeing a financial team
- Knowledge of accounts payable and receivables
- Prior working knowledge of the education sector
- Knowledge of accounting systems such Unit 4
