We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Finance Manager who is fluent in French to join their prestigious team. Key Responsibilities:

As Finance Manager, you will:

  • Oversee accounting for UK entities, including interest, expenses, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Manage payroll, VAT, and other tax obligations, ensuring compliance with UK tax laws.
  • Prepare statutory accounts and liaise with auditors for UK entities and Group accounts.
  • Collaborate with external auditors on UK tax compliance matters.
  • Lead the preparation of monthly management accounts for UK companies.
  • Handle the payment of UK invoices and manage UK bank accounts.
  • Maintain the UK management services agreement and recharges.
  • Assist in group budget processes, including financial modelling and presentation support.
  • Act as finance lead on accounting system implementation, from design to testing.
  • Manage the company’s statutory books and records, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Assist with loan management and liaise with stakeholders on loan requirements.
  • Take on ad-hoc projects and provide additional assistance as needed.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Fluency in French is a must.
  • Proven experience as a Finance Manager, preferably within financial services or Private Equity.
  • Fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Strong technical expertise in IFRS reporting, with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
  • Experience in managing operational budgets and producing long-term financial forecasts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
