Finance Manager | Fin-Tech | London/Hybrid | £65,000 - £75,000 + package

A major player in the Fin-Tech industry is looking for a Finance Manager to manage and oversee financial operations, relating to one of their newest product offerings.

You will take ownership of financial obligations, while coordinating with offshore teams and programme managers for day-to-day activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the finance lead for key projects and initiatives, handling internal and external finance queries
  • Deliver accurate and timely management information to support business decision-making and drive process improvements
  • Manage and oversee financial operations, including working capital, fund holdings, and reconciliation processes
  • Lead budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, providing insights and variance analysis
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and optimise cash management across various providers

Required Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/CA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Must have experience working in Fin-Tech or e-money company
  • Strong interpersonal, Excel and analytical skills
  • Experience with multi-currency products is highly desirable
