Radley Green is working exclusively with a fast-growth business to recruit their new Finance Manager.
The business is part of a global group, but operates autonomously, and is going through huge growth across EMEA since launching in 2019.
The Finance Director is looking for a Qualified accountant to join the team and have responsibility for full financial and management accounts, month-end, VAT etc and developing all finance systems and processes.
The role will pay £60k-65k and will give the successful candidate lots of opportunity for progression to Financial Controller and the opportunity to work with senior management on a day-to-day basis.
This role is based in Central London, will be 2 days a week in the office and will pay £60k-£65k plus bonus, private health, great pension etc.
Responsibilities include:
- Reporting into the Finance Director and so lots of opportunities for progression and development
- Full responsibility for financial and management accounting / reporting and working with external accountants for year end.
- Managing month-end close and all related processes
- Review and development of all finance systems and processes including implementing automated processes
- Cash-flow forecasting and development
- Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation
- Management of VAT, journals etc
Candidates must be / have:
- Qualified accountant with experience producing statutory and management accounts
- Good systems and excel skills
- Great communication skills
- Ambitious with a willingness to learn
