To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to meet the following criteria:
- Finance Qualification: ACA or equivalent, with at least two years' post-qualification experience.
- Technical Knowledge: A solid understanding of IFRS and general accounting principles, plus experience with transaction flows and finance processes.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and reconciliation, and familiarity with high-volume transactions.
- Organizational Skills: Highly organized, capable of managing multiple workstreams at once.
- Proactive Approach: Resourceful, hands-on, and solution-oriented; you're ready to take on challenges to drive progress.

- New Product & Contract Review: Analyse new product initiatives to understand finance impacts, ensuring that all accounting entries align with financial requirements.
- Data Testing & Accuracy: Perform testing to confirm data flows are complete and accurate, maintaining rigorous control standards.
- Product Implementation Support: Document and contribute to the finance team's overall strategy for successful new product launches.
- Gap Identification & Problem-Solving: Identify and communicate any gaps or issues, working proactively to resolve them.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Develop strong relationships with product, engineering, and finance teams to support ongoing product and market expansion efforts.
