An innovative Influencer Marketing Agency is seeking a Finance Manager to lead their finance function. This role offers a creative and rewarding working atmosphere, excellent benefits, and the opportunity to work closely with the CEO, contributing to senior leadership decisions and business strategy.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the full cycle of financial operations, including Cashflow, P&L, and Balance Sheet.
  • Handle payroll management.
  • Develop quarterly board presentations with industry insights, research, and actionable recommendations.
  • Drive monthly reporting, operational efficiencies, and team collaboration with full P&L responsibility across business units.
  • Provide reporting and insights to senior leaders to inform business direction.
  • Multitask across various legal entities, business models, and levels of work.
  • Collaborate with teams across the company to support business growth by contributing financial expertise to strategic initiatives and projects.
  • Identify and implement improvements in financial processes.
  • Perform bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, recording receipts and invoices, and reconciliation of bank statements and expenses.
  • Prepare and complete month-end, quarter-end, and year-end accounting.
  • Conduct financial planning, annual budgeting, and day-to-day cost management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Newly Qualified or Qualified ACCA,ACA or CIMA 
  • Exceptional Excel skills - Intermediate to Advanced knowledge is essential.
  • Familiarity with common accounting software, with experience in Xero being a significant advantage.
