Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, as Finance manager you will drive the month end close and management and statutory accounting including;
- Responsible for the month end close across UK & European entities
- Reconciling intercompany balances and preparing currency revaluations
- Preparing monthly management accounts and analysis
- Preparing statutory accounts and play a key role with the external audit process
- Review European VAT returns
- Inventory accounting
You will be a qualified ACA or ACCA seeking their first move from an accountancy/audit firm or someone from within industry already seeking a new challenge within a firm that has a clear strategy for growth in a newly built finance team in London due to relocation of head office functions from overseas.
Our client is a PE backed SME within the retail sector.
Hybrid working available - 3 days office and 2 home.
