A high growth luxury retail business is looking to hire a Finance Manager on a 12 month FTC. Due to a period of change, this role will be involved in various projects driving process improvements, systems implementations, and building more robust controls across their boutiques. Reporting to the Head of Financial Control, they are seeking a Finance Manager to manage the day-to-day finance operations in their two offices.
As a Finance Manager, your key responsibilities will be:
- Involved in improvement projects: including the implementation of a new ERP system.
- Specific ownership of Boutique accounting, inventory, FA&L (incl. IFRS16) and related transactions
- Managing the day to day finance operations including month end close & balance sheet reconciliation.
- Responsible for analysing financial performance, producing commentary and understanding what this means to the business in terms of opportunities and risks
- Key point of contact for external auditors
The ideal candidate:
- Big 4 Qualified (essential)
- Retail/ Consumer experience, or within a high growth business (essential)
- 2-3 years industry experience (essential)
- Strong technical background (essential)
