Finance Manager

Package: Up to circa £70,000 + 10-15% Bonus + Exceptional Benefits

Location: London (hybrid working)

My client is a rapidly growing international organisation offering a range of solutions to the global Financial & Professional Services sector. As part of their exciting growth plans there is an opportunity to join the Group as a Finance Manager where you will assume full day-to-day accounting responsibility for one of their business services.

The Role

  • Assume full financial controller responsibility for one of their business services.
  • Full ownership of Sage Intacct month-end close and related reporting tasks for all entities related to assigned business line.
  • Production of timely and accurate monthly management accounts for the business line.
  • Support annual budgeting process through close business partnership with Professional Services team.
  • Support the development and implementation of the Group financial controls framework with a focus on the integrity of their processes.
  • Responsibility for preparation and review of business line entity annual financial statements.
  • Responsibility for assigned sections of Group reporting at half-year and year-end.
  • Ownership of the day-to-day relationship with Big-4 external auditor in completion of subsidiary business line financial statements.
  • Act as intermediary between their shared service function and the head office business partners/stakeholders.

The Person

  • Minimum 2:1 degree.
  • Top tier Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA preferred) with 18 months+ PQE.
  • Industry experience in a Finance role, ideally with professional services experience.
  • Experience of managing challenging external 'Big 4’ audits.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, numeracy and data manipulation skills.
  • Ambitious and driven with career progression aspirations.
