My client is a highly successful private equity backed consumer business looking to hire a new Finance Manager role reporting to the Head of Finance. They have a highly profitable track record as well as a strong brand and name in the sector. They are continuing to grow YoY and now looking to expand their finance function through growth.
As the Finance Manager, you will report to the Head of Finance and this role will have a broad remit. This role will have a small team underneath you. The Finance Manager will be responsible for the financial accounting, management Accounting, balance sheet control, month end processes, external audit and financial controls. You will also work together with the Head of Finance on planning, budgeting, forecasting and analysis work. Due to the growth of the business, there will be various ad hoc projects for you to work on. This role will have exposure and interaction to non-finance plus, the company is on an exit trail over the next 2/3 years so you will be an integral part in that journey and event.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to build their skills in a hands-on, fast-growing, changing environment into the Finance Manager role. You will be a qualified accountant, who will ideally possess previous experience in Financial or Management accounting type role looking to take their next step into industry. People will ideally would have managed before but that is not essential.
The role is paying a strong basic salary, bonus and package with hybrid working. The company is based in Central London (zone 1).
