Finance Manager Responsibilities:
- Financial leadership in managing the month end and year end processes
- Financial acumen in reconciling and analysing revenue streams and balance sheet accounts
- Manage and oversee the year end audit process and provide support to budgeting and forecasting process
- Manage the accounting team
- Overseeing systems, transactions and management accounts
- Streamline processes and procedures
Ideal Finance Manager profile:
- A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with post-qualification experience
- Attention to detail, strong problem-solving abilities, and a proactive approach
- Strong communicator with financial and management accounting experience
- Good relationship building in working with key stakeholders across the business
- Fascination - always looking at new efficient ways of working
- Experience of working within complex organisational structure
