Following their continued success and rapid portfolio expansion, they are seeking a Finance Manager to join their ambitious and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Reporting: Oversee the preparation of monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow, and Key Metrics) and deliver insightful information packs to the Financial Controller.
  • Process Improvement: Drive ongoing enhancements to the Group’s financial reporting processes, internal controls, and intercompany transaction management.
  • Balance Sheet Management: Conduct regular reviews and reconciliations of the Group's balance sheet and critical financial controls.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide expert technical accounting knowledge and maintain up-to-date financial policies aligned with industry standards.
  • Statutory Accounts: Assist in consolidating and preparing annual statutory financial statements for the Group’s diverse property portfolios.
  • Audit Management: Support the planning and execution of the Group’s year-end audit, ensuring compliance with deadlines and budgetary constraints.
  • Control Framework: Strengthen the Group’s financial control framework to meet evolving reporting requirements and industry best practices.
  • Project Leadership: Identify and implement opportunities to optimise the financial control environment and reporting processes.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Undertake additional Finance Manager responsibilities to support the Group Financial Controller and broader finance team.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in management reporting within the real estate or property sector (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of accounting standards and technical expertise, particularly in property-related financial management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a keen focus on financial controls.
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to achieving shared team goals.
  • Professional Qualification: ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualification preferred, demonstrating a high level of expertise and dedication to continuous professional development.
