CMC Consulting are working with a high-growth PE backed SaaS business who are currently operating at 70% YoY Growth .Our Client are in search of a Finance Manager reporting directly into the Finance Director, the successful candidate will be a number 2 within the finance team. Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise external accountants across two locations for statutory filings and compliance.
- Implement process improvements based on audit findings to enhance financial operations.
- Develop and implement internal controls for expense management and cost control.
- Conduct financial planning and support the business in strategic financial decision-making.
- Prepare management accounts for the Group, consolidating USD and GBP entities.
- Oversee daily financial operations, including account reconciliation and payroll management.
- Manage balance sheet and perform monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Handle cash flow management, including the month-end bank reconciliation process for all company accounts, ensuring adequate funding and cash efficiency.
- Compile and provide financial information for external stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary contact for the annual financial audit, ensuring compliance throughout the business.
- Ensure global tax compliance, including statutory filings for payroll, reporting, and taxation requirements.
- Take ownership of ad hoc financial projects as required.
Skills & Experience
- ACA / CA Qualified
- Post-qualified experience within Industry
- SaaS / Start-up industry exposure is highly desirable.
- Proficiency with accounting software, particularly Xero.
