Finance Manager - Private Equity Backed E-Commerce Business
Location: Waterloo, London - Hybrid working (3 days in office, 2 at home)

Robert Half is delighted to be partnering with a dynamic private equity-backed e-commerce business based in Waterloo to recruit a Finance Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented finance professional to join a high-growth SME and play a pivotal role in driving financial excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Month-End and Year-End Reporting: Deliver accurate and timely financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Management Accounts: Prepare a full set of management accounts, including insightful commentary and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor two direct reports, overseeing Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
- VAT Returns: Oversee the preparation and submission of quarterly VAT returns.
- General Ledger Management: Maintain the integrity of the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all postings.
Required Experience:
- Ideally finalist or qualified 0-2yrs PQE (ACA, CIMA, ACCA)
- Proven track record of producing a full set of management accounts.
- Solid SME background with hands-on experience across various aspects of finance.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
Desirable Skills:
- Familiarity with NetSuite ERP system.
- Experience managing fixed asset registers.
