With rapid expansion on the horizon, we are seeking a resilient and highly skilled Finance Manager to join our London-based team and help drive the financial operations of the business.

Role Overview:Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will take ownership of key financial processes, ensuring robust controls, accurate reporting, and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a qualified professional with a strong technical skillset, looking to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and deliver the month-end process, including the preparation of management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Maintain and enhance strong financial controls, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Support the Head of Finance in preparing budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analysis to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll processes.
  • Lead the preparation of financial reports for internal and external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.
  • Assist in funding initiatives and the management of relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial partners.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and scalability as the business grows.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in financial management, with strong technical expertise in month-end processes and financial controls.
  • Prior experience in a startup, scale-up, or real estate environment is highly desirable.
  • Resilient, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-changing, high-growth setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and levels.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on problem-solving and continuous improvement.
