Finance Manager

London - Hybrid Working

£70,000 - £75,000 + Bonus and Benefits

Investigo are proud to be working with one of the leading property companies who have a consistently been growing their portfolio of assets across the UK.

This role is responsible for the delivery of key financial and investor reporting across the portfolio. This is an ideal role for someone looking to join a charismatic team, with inspirational management and a clear pathway for career progression

Key responsibilities

  • Completion of month end reporting including group consolidations and analysis
  • Provide support for transactions and technical accounting queries
  • Manage debt and equity drawdowns to ensure accurate cashflow forecasts
  • Prepare Investor reporting packs and dealing with ad hoc queries
  • Key contact for audit processes

Key Requirements

  • ACA/ACCA Qualified accountant
  • Ideally accounting practice trained with relevant working knowledge of working within Real Estate
  • Ability to bring energy and enthusiasm to the role and proven ability to communicate across a wide range of stakeholders
  • Working knowledge with joint venture partners and residential assets would be advantageous but not essential
  • Proven ability or desire to manage staff
