Our ClientA prestigious Royal institution based in London is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join their finance team in a newly created position. The institution plays a vital role in supporting both official duties and charitable initiatives.  The RoleAs a Finance Manager, you will work closely with a small, dedicated finance team supporting the Head of Finance and Chief Operating Officer. The role offers unique exposure across multiple areas of financial management.  Key responsibilities include:
  • Leading diverse financial projects across personal finance, real estate, and charitable activities
  • Supporting risk management, investments, tax advisory, and audit processes
  • Developing medium and long-term financial plans for the Operational division
  • Managing budgets, forecasts, and reporting requirements to exceptional standards
  • Providing clear financial guidance to various stakeholders, from senior management to operational teams
 The Successful Candidate
  • Professional accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent) with proven post-qualification experience
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify complex financial concepts
  • Experience in estate planning, ta advising, and investments is desirable
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel
  • Adaptability and willingness to support all levels of financial tasks
  • Previous experience in a similar environment would be advantageous
