The RoleAs the Finance Manager, you’ll work directly with the leadership team to support the business through its next phase of growth. This is a broad and varied role, perfect for someone who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and making a tangible impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead month-end processes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting.
  • Work closely with senior stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives that support the company’s scaling journey.
  • Utilise financial data to provide actionable insights and influence business decisions.
  • Assist in building scalable financial systems and processes for the company’s growing operations.
  • Enhance and implement business intelligence tools to improve data-driven decision-making (BI experience is a plus).
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior finance team members.

What We’re Looking For

  • A qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) with at least 1 year of post-qualification experience.
  • Industry experience, ideally within a scaling tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and a strategic mindset.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships across teams.
  • Bonus: experience with business intelligence (BI) tools.
