Robert Half Financial Services has partnered with a growing boutique real estate investment firm based in the west end to hire a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager is a newly created role that will report to the Financial Controller with a dotted line to the CFO. The Finance Manager will have a broad role with various projects to work on as the firm continues to grow and diversify its portfolio.
The Person
The successful Finance Manager for this west end based real estate firm will be qualified, ACA or ACCA, with around 1 to 3 years of post qualification experience. Real estate experience, either investment, construction, home builder or developer, is a must for this role. Above all, the Finance Manager will be an ambitious self starter.
The Firm
My client is a small but growing real estate investment firm based in London's west end. They have a diverse portfolio within real estate and are continuing to diversity with ambitious growth plans. They operate on a hybrid working policy with one day at home.
Salary & Benefits
The Finance Manager for this growing real estate investment boutique in central London will receive a salary of £70,000-£80,000 (highly dependent on experience) plus a competitive bonus and benefits package.
