We are seeking a Finance Manager to join an international investment firm. This role is ideal for someone with a strong track record in bookkeeping across multiple entities and countries, and experience in producing a full set of management accounts. This is a home-based, permanent position that offers a significant opportunity to shape the finance function as it transitions in-house.
Day-to-day of the role:- Set up and maintain financial reporting for 12 international entities.
- Install and manage suitable accounting software.
- Handle day-to-day bookkeeping, mainly focusing on payments for intercompany accounts.
- Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts.
- Manage accounting for investment assets.
- Perform other accounting duties as required.
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience.
- Experience within a venture capital or private equity firm is highly desirable.
- Proven ability to produce a full set of management accounts.
- Experienced bookkeeper, capable of managing multiple entities.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage various tasks simultaneously.
