Finance Manager  Location: London (Can be fully remote)Salary: £70,000 + benefitsCandidates must be able to start within 2-3 weeks  We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join a growing, Health-tech (SaaS) company. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the finance function working closely with an experienced Finance Director.About the RoleThe role will involve implementing effective controls, driving business planning, delivering robust financial reporting, and supporting strategic decision-making.This role will suit a candidate who originally trained and qualified in practice (audit preferred), with 2-3 years post qualification experience within industry.Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare monthly management accounts for 3 main entities.
  • Oversee cash management and liquidity across the group.
  • Lead financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
  • Develop and maintain an effective internal controls environment.
  • Manage statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance, supported by third-party advisors as required.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver timely, actionable insights to drive business growth.
Skills and Experience:
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with 2-3 years’ post-qualified experience.
  • Strong technical accounting knowledge and practical financial management experience (audit background preferred)
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results under pressure.
  • Proficient in financial systems (experience with MS Dynamics Business Central and Power BI preferred).
  • Commercially minded with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
