We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Finance Manager to join their team and contribute to their continued success.

Role Overview:As an integral member of the finance team, the Finance Manager will take on a pivotal role in overseeing the financial operations, shaping financial strategy, and ensuring the fiscal health of the company’s diverse portfolio of investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the monthly consolidated management accounts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and Key Metrics), ensuring accurate and timely reporting, and prepare information packs for submission to the Financial Controller.
  • Lead continuous improvements to the company’s financial reporting process and internal controls, including intercompany transactions and related entities.
  • Conduct detailed reviews and substantiations of the Group's balance sheet, ensuring strong controls and accuracy.
  • Provide expert technical accounting knowledge, ensuring adherence to the Group's accounting and financial policies.
  • Support the consolidation and preparation of annual statutory financial statements for the family office’s investment entities.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of the Group’s year-end audit, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure the financial control framework is robust and aligns with the company’s high standards for reporting and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for strengthening the financial control environment and manage their implementation.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as required to support the Group Financial Controller.

Requirements:

  • ACCA, CIMA, or ACA qualification is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in management reporting, with a strong understanding of financial and management accounting.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting practices and technical expertise in financial reporting.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on internal controls and financial integrity.
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is committed to achieving team objectives.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
