Description
- Prepare and present monthly management accounts, including variance analysis.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements in compliance with statutory regulations.
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.
- Monitor cash flow and ensure effective working capital management.
- Lead and mentor junior finance team members, fostering professional development.
- Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies as required.
- Continuously review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Support strategic projects, including system implementation and financial modelling.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
- Part-qualified or finalist-level in ACA, ACCA, or CIMA.

- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across teams.
