- Lead the preparation and delivery of statutory financial statements, tax audits, and returns, including Corporation Tax, payroll taxes, and VAT.
- Develop and streamline procedures for tax provisions and budgets.
- Manage the monthly management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance reporting.
- Conduct bank reconciliations and oversee invoice authorisation and payment processes.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Supervise, train, and develop finance staff as required.
- A qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with a degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting/financial management (a prior background within an accountancy practice would be desirable)
- Minimum of 2 years in team supervision/manager role
- Expertise in statutory reporting, IFRS, tax accounting, and multi-currency transactions.
- Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple demands, and meet deadlines.
- Salary of £65,000 to £75,000.
- Hybrid working model based in London 2 days per week and 3 days from home.
