Finance Manager – £60,000 - £65,000 – Education Sector – On-Site in Central London (5 Days per Week)

I am  thrilled to advise that we are partner exclusively with a prestigious education group based in central London in their search for a Finance Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and growing organization, where you’ll play a key role in overseeing and driving financial operations.

This role is office-based, requiring you to be on-site 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take full ownership of the preparation and oversight of monthly management accounts from start to finish.
  • Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and provide insightful P&L analysis.
  • Directly manage a team of 2 transactional staff, offering guidance and development opportunities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders, providing essential financial insights and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate Will:
  • Be comfortable commuting to the London office 5 days a week.
  • Have significant experience in managing end-to-end monthly management accounts.
  • Possess strong proficiency in Excel; experience with Xero is highly desirable.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and non-financial colleagues.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, with a track record of meeting deadlines and managing priorities.
