- Overseeing sales forecasts provided by team members.
- Managing the budget and assisting the director where required.
- Running the month-end process, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Processing international payments and VAT returns when required.
- Managing the credit control function, tracking and chasing outstanding invoices.
- Handling some administrative tasks, such as diary management and booking travel.
- Liaising with suppliers, confirming and processing orders and payments.
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or Qualified by Experience (QBE).
- Ideally have some experience in construction industry.
- Ability to multitask and support office management and administrative tasks.
- Self-sufficient, capable of running the finance function after the embedding period.
- Experienced in all aspects of finance and happy to roll up your sleeves when needed.
- Every second Friday off, fully paid.

- Quarterly international and national trips.
