IN2 Consult are working closely with a market-leading real estate business based in London on their recruitment of a Finance Manager to join their dynamic finance team.

This Finance Manager role includes the following responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, providing financial insights to guide business strategy.
  • Perform financial analysis to evaluate business performance and identify opportunities for cost-saving or revenue generation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess financial risks and opportunities, and provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting for management, including variance analysis, KPIs, and financial trends.
  • Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and ensuring liquidity to meet operational needs.
  • Lead the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
  • Manage financial audits and work with external auditors to ensure the company's financial records meet all legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain and improve internal controls to safeguard the company's financial assets.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.

The ideal candidate for this Finance Manager role will have the following experience:

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
  • 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles (GAAP or IFRS).
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
  • Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
