Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Liverpool Street - Hybrid working
Pay: £24.00 - £28.00 per hour
Duration: Temporary ongoing
Hours: Monday- Friday, Full-time, 40hr week.
Responsibilities:
- Advanced Financial Analysis: Use sophisticated financial analyses and modelling to simulate economic scenarios, accurately determining the present and future financial condition of our company.
- Research & Reporting: Investigate and report on factors influencing company performance. Analyse and predict market trends to ensure strategic alignment.
- Financial Strategy Development: Craft financial management strategies aimed at reducing financial risk while providing actionable recommendations to maximise profits. Assist executives in making informed decisions.
- Monitoring & Reporting Systems: Oversee the preparation of precise financial reports and statements. Interpret data effectively and ensure adherence to industry regulations.
- Accounting & Budget Management: Manage accounting, budget, and cash flow. Regularly review cost-reduction strategies to enhance profitability.
- Long-term Business Planning: Develop strategic business plans and organise new funding strategies to facilitate growth.
- External Relationship Management: Foster relationships with auditors, solicitors, bankers, and other statutory organisations to ensure robust financial governance.
Experience/Skill sets:
- Previous experience within a Finance Manager/ similar position.
