Finance Manager

£70k plus Bonus

HYBRID (2-3 days in the office)

Halliday Marx are exclusively partnering with a top Financial Services data and analysis company to recruit a Finance Manager.

The Team is 1st class.... they want another legend to get involved.

In reality, you will be:

Ex Audit
Probably 1-2 Years Post Qualified (or more)
An Excel modeller with good analysis skills
Strong with Management accounts and budgeting (or have the desire to be)

The role:

Deliver accurate monthly management accounts, providing meaningful variance analysis on actual performance Vs budget

Balance sheet Recs

Lead external statutory and tax audits for several entities within the Group

Manage 1 direct report, mentoring them and the wider finance team

Support FP&A on annual budgeting and revenue modelling.

In-year reforecasts, providing financial modelling and creating presentation packs.

Ad-hoc financial analysis for CFO

You will be

Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) qualified with at least 1 year of post-qualified experience

Audit experience with external audit processes is a must

Excellent communication skills

Advanced excel experience (working with models and complex formulae)

Strong data analysis skillset and comfortable analysing unstructured data sets with modelling scenarios
