Please note this is a temporary position, we are looking for someone to start immediately in the interim of them bringing on a permanent hire.

My client is a well-recognised business offering commercial cleaning services. Their London HQ is based near to Buckingham palace, the company offers its services to commercial, residential and mixed-use clients based in London.

They are looking to hire a Finance Manager to join their accounts team (Payroll Manager, AP Lead, Debtors Lead & Credit Controller).

Duties:

Management reporting
Monthly journal for reconciliation – Prepayments, Vehicle, Employers Public Liability
Depreciation – monthly
Fixed Assets register
Trail balance
National Statistics
Capital expenditure
Reconcile Loan account & balance nominals
Reconcile debtors& Creditors control accounts
Templa vs Access Reconciliation
Bank reports
Close month end/Year end
Accruals – Annual accruals, accrued monthly (Supplier accrual)
