We have been approached by one of our top clients to assist them in hiring a Finance Manager for one of their sites based in West London.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager to ensure financial accuracy, compliance, and efficiency playing a vital role in maintaining strong financial processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background, preferably with an accounting qualification, and be confident in financial process implementation.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing monthly management accounts.

Process supplier invoices and maintain accurate financial records.

Reconcile credit card accounts.

Prepare and manage the weekly supplier payment schedule.

Perform regular bank reconciliations and other balance sheet reconciliations.

Assist in the annual budget preparation process.

Process petty cash and reconcile accounts.

Provide administrative support for budget-setting and month end processes.

Assist with insurance renewals and lease agreements.

Lead the budgeting process and cash flow forecasting.

Assist the Group Financial Controller in producing month-end accounts.

Person Specification:

Strong financial acumen with exceptional attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Highly organised with strong administrative skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.

A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Strong problem-solving skills with a customer service-oriented approach.

Professional and friendly telephone manner.

Ability to multi-task and adapt to a fast-paced working environment
