We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager specialising in the Cost & Capital Team to join a creative global organisation based in central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress towards a future CFO role, offering direct exposure to both the CFO and the Vice President of Finance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of cost-performance metrics and dashboards to monitor cost performance and identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
  • Lead and manage the budgeting and forecasting process for costs with clear plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain financial data sets and models to guide business planning and decision-making.
  • Partner with business units to implement cost-saving initiatives that balance efficiency with performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to centralise and standardise financial processes.
  • Participate in benchmarking exercises to identify cost-saving opportunities.

Required Experience and Skills:

  • Proven track record in managing and forecasting costs, with a focus on cost optimisation.
  • Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience synthesising complex data into actionable insights.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
