Finance Manager

We are looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Finance Manager - CAPEX specialising in the Cost & Capital Team to join a creative global organisation based in central London.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to progress towards a future CFO role, offering direct exposure to both the CFO and the Vice President of Finance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of cost-performance metrics and dashboards, identifying areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Partner with business units to implement cost-saving initiatives that balance efficiency with performance.
• Oversee CAPEX financial stewardship, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic priorities.
• Support the budgeting and forecasting process with clear plans and measurable outcomes.
• Build and maintain financial models to guide business planning and decision-making.
• Providing strategic guidance and challenging assumptions to ensure robust decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to centralise and standardise financial processes.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in managing cost optimisation, resource allocation, and CAPEX planning.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills, with experience synthesising complex data into actionable insights.
• Ability to build trust with senior stakeholders and influence decision-making.
• Experience in designing and implementing process improvements and leveraging advanced analytics.
• Familiarity with financial stewardship in a capital-intensive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
