Our client, is an established medical practice located in the prestigious Harley Street district, Central London, is seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join their dynamic team. The practice provides premium healthcare services and expert consultations across a range of specialities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial accounts and fixed assets
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable
  • Prepare cash flow reports and balance sheet controls
  • Lead audit and compliance activities, liaising with external auditors
  • Manage payroll processes
  • Produce detailed profit and loss analyses
  • Interpret financial accounts and revenue capture, preferably with private clinic or hospital experience
  • Develop budgets and forecasts for 2025/2026 activity and revenue
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of insurance billing and contracts
  • Provide accurate, reliable financial data to support management decision-making
  • Prioritise workload effectively and manage pressure
  • Support additional finance functions such as bank reconciliations as required

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualified accountant with 1-3 years post-qualification experience
  • Strong background in financial governance, policies, and procedures
  • Experience working with external auditors essential
  • Experience in the private healthcare sector and liaising with insurance companies sector is essential.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
