We are exclusively partnering with a well know tech company who are seeking a Finance Manager for maternity cover. This is a Fixed Term Contract which is expected to last 12 months offering hybrid working (2 per days per week in the office), and looking to pay between £65,000 to £70,000 dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities of the Finance Manager role include:
- Generating management reports for the provision of accurate financial insights
- Preparation of monthly group management accounts and providing commentary on the financial statements.
- Maintaining an updated and accurate Fixed Asset Register
- Preparing thorough and accurate Corporation Tax estimates
- Preparing quarterly VAT returns
The ideal Finance Manager will have the following attributes:
- ACA/ACCA or CIMA full qualification essential (unfortunately QBE candidates will not be considered)
- Excellent Excel, and MS office skills
- Experience with Internal Controls and SOX
- Strong Financial Management & Reporting skills
- Experience with statutory reporting, audit, tax and VAT returns
- Experience with UK/US GAAP is essential
