We're Hiring a Finance Manager!

We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting business success through careful financial management.

The role is managing the finances for a well known photographer as well as the business he owns. You will have experience managing high net worth individuals finances as well as the day to day of a company.

This is you:

  • Hold an associate degree in accounting or related field.
  • Have a minimum of 5 years' experience in finance or accounting.
  • Have strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Xero accounting software.
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Possess strong communication skills, both written and oral.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Processing invoices and payments for multiple clients and projects.
  • Preparing and analysing financial reports to aid decision-making.
  • Regularly preparing consolidated financial reports, including cash flow statements.
  • Identifying opportunities for cost reductions and implementing cost-saving initiatives.
  • Ensuring financial records are up-to-date and in compliance with regulations.
