Our client a Private Equity backed business has instructed us to help find a Finance Manager to join their business. Based in Central London, they specialise in training medical professionals.

Reporting to, and working directly with an experienced dynamic CFO, this position has full responsibility for maintaining and reconciling the financial accounts. It is a great opportunity to learn and progress whilst getting direct support from a CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare monthly management accounts including variance analysis and KPI analysis
  • Reconcile intercompany accounts and manage multi-currency transactions.
  • Assist in annual budgets and reforecasts
  • Monitor financial performance
  • Analyse cost structures and identify efficiencies
  • Compliance and reporting duties
  • Cash flow management
  • Operational support

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
  • Xero experience desirable
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Experience with payroll, VAT returns, and reconciliations
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong communication skills
