Finance Manager
Pinpoint Resourcing are working with a property management business who are looking for an in-house Finance Manager to take on all the finance duties and streamline the company's budgets.
Duties:
- Responsible for the payroll across the business
- Be responsible for mortgage applications/loans
- Present the budgeting and forecasting to the Directors
- Ensure all financial obligations are met
- Financial reporting
- Liaise with Auditors
Desirable:
- Experience with the property industry
- Good Excel skills
- Strong communication skills
Salary:
- 40,000 -60,000 DOE
