Up to £75,000 + benefits + bonus

Based: Central London (hybrid)

A listed international leisure business is recruiting a Finance Manager. The company is experiencing a period of expansion driven by organic growth and acquisitions. This newly created role will report to the Finance Director and is strategically focused, overseeing financial operations and generating insights to enhance business performance.

The role will involve strategic financial management, including financial analysis, commentary, and partnership with commercial colleagues to enable effective decision-making. It also includes responsibility for the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business. Additionally, the Finance Manager will take ownership of financial control and reporting functions, managing monthly management accounts, KPI reporting, and the external audit process. Treasury management and cash flow forecasting will also fall within the responsibility of this position. Furthermore, the role will involve business partnering with operational and commercial colleagues, aimed at driving performance through performance analysis, insightful commercial analysis, and due diligence for acquisitions.

Naturally, in this type of role, the successful candidate can expect to lead process improvements, implement best practices, and contribute to ad hoc projects and pieces of work for the Finance Director and CFO.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with proven leadership experience and am excellent understanding of multi-site businesses. You should demonstrate strong commercial acumen, the ability to partner effectively with commercial teams, and thrive in a high-growth environment.
