As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the financial health of our organisation. Reporting into the Financial Director, you will oversee financial planning, reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic decision-making. Central London office, hybrid working model.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to provide clear insights into the charity's financial position.
- Ensure compliance with charity-specific financial regulations and legal requirements, including audits and tax filings.
- Manage and monitor cash flow, reserves, and investments to safeguard financial stability.
- Develop and maintain effective financial policies, systems, and procedures.
- Provide financial analysis and guidance to senior leaders, supporting data-driven decision-making.
- Work collaboratively with program teams to ensure proper allocation and tracking of funds.
- Liaise with external stakeholders, including auditors, donors, and regulatory bodies.

Skills and Experience

- Proficiency in financial software and tools.
