Overview:

Join a prestigious family office as their Finance Manager. This is a rare opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment that supports official and charitable activities.

As part of the Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in managing the accounts and finance function to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Head of Finance and working closely with the Chief Operating Officer with key tasks such as: risk management, investments, planning, tax advice and audit process.

  • Lead on a variety of finance projects which arise during the regular operations of a private Household and family enterprise office, which may include but are not limited to personal finance, real estate, charitable activities, cost reviews and recharges.
  • Oversee the output of the finance team and ensure it is accurate and timely across daily tasks including budgets, forecasts and reporting (internally and externally) as required.
  • Provide supportive assistance to the finance team through willingness to undertake financial duties across all levels of financial experience and expertise.
  • Formulate and prepare robust plans for the Operational division, focusing on medium- and long-term provisions and future changes.
  • Collaborate with other teams and colleagues across connected organisations, recommending approaches and considerations for future financial tools and models.
  • Undertake ad-hoc financial planning as instructed by the Head of Finance, Chief Operating Officer and other senior members of, and advisors.
