Role & Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Finance department.
- Develop and maintain timely and accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Ensure that all statutory reporting requirements are met.
- Coordinate and direct the preparation of budget and financial forecasts, and report variances.
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure that financial information is secure and stored in compliance with legislation and corporate policies.
- Analyze and report on financial performance and plan for continual improvement of the financial status of the company.
- Strong proficiency in financial management and accounting, specifically with generally accepted accounting principles.
- Expertise in statutory reporting and ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
